I have this vision of helping people to change their lives.\u00a0 But how did it all start?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Growing up I just always wanted to serve.\u00a0 My mom said as long as I can help someone I was happy.\u00a0 Well that just never left me.\u00a0 That is exactly what I did growing up.\u00a0 Serving where I can.\u00a0 If there was a new child in school I will be the one to reach out and show them around and make sure they are fine and settled in.\u00a0 Life is always challenging and it didn\u2019t mean I had it easy growing up.\u00a0 There are always those stages in life that can cause some disappointments.\u00a0 There are always those times of rejection.\u00a0 Trust that gets broken.\u00a0 Losing races.\u00a0 Failing courses.\u00a0 This is all part of the journey.\u00a0 This is where we learn coping skills.\u00a0 You just don\u2019t know how long it will take.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I studied Sport Psychology and Biokinetics.\u00a0 I wanted to understand the importance of mental toughness and how our bodies worked.\u00a0 I practised for a few years before I ventured into the Pharmaceutical world working with medical professionals.\u00a0 Learning about various diseases.\u00a0 I started my coaching career in 2016 and have completed various courses over the years.\u00a0 <\/span>I consider myself as a forever student.\u00a0 I have a hunger to continuously grow and learn more in order to serve more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I am proud to be an International Master mBIT (multiple brain integration techniques) coach.\u00a0 With these skills my clients can improve on their decision making and problem solving abilities.\u00a0 There is so much more to the human body that we have yet to learn and with mBIT you can make drastic steps to a better you in a beautiful process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I really wanted to understand people and why they do what they do.\u00a0 I am a Certified Professional Behavioural and Driving Forces Analyst as well as an Emotional Intelligence Analyst.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I believe this will help with conflict resolution and open up an awareness that can change one person and a company at a time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I do Sport Performance Coaching with elite athletes and ones that is on a great journey to become elite athletes.\u00a0 Resilience is key here and we work with the main 6 mental skills which you can incorparate in any aspect of your life as well as in a company.<\/span><\/p>

My company offers various services that can help you or your company on a journey that is out of this world.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
