Arousal control:  Enjoy important competitions? Enjoy challenges of important competition? Can control nervousness? Can handle unexpected stress?

Maintaining Confidence: Know how to recover confidence? Confident can handle pressure? Thoughts of failure during important competition? Doubts about ability Performance poor, confidence drops?

Concentration: Concentrate after making a mistake? Trouble concentrating during important competitions? Unexpected events disrupts concentration? Thoughts interfere with performance? Can block negative thoughts? Negative remarks upsetting? Can refocus after concentration distracted?

Mental Rehearsal/Visualizing: Set aside specific time to visual? Visualise at practices? Visualize during competition?

Other factors such as your Profile of Mood State and anxiety are also addressed.
